That was in June 2004 and no one in the mortgage company had any knowledge of what MERS was and therefore this mortgage loan company had no membership or contract with MERS or GMAC Mortgage, LLC.  Yet the mess of senseless paperwork counterfeited and forged was used to take the home. It took years of taking this case to Federal Court as Pro Se and helping dozens of others do the same and never losing, but never bringing the obvious win to a conclusion.  The mystery was solved when the research went backward to find a common thread. They found it in the most unlikely circumstance. Courts, not all, but the vast majority were running all of the cases backward. They started right off placing the burden of proof of Standing on the borrower instead of the movant foreclosing party.

Almost all Borrowers who could take their case to court were trying to use statute and case law that should have won, but the judges weren't listening or reading.  The US Constitution does not allow that.

That the strategies discovered there are the same that we will use to "buy" the properties on this website.   But in the interest of fairness and vengeance, we will make sure the foreclosed owner gets some of his equity back.  A much better end to his or her story than the barbaric way he has been treated by his government and the American court system.

We will research title to homes much further back in time than the one year Chain of Title that Title Insurance Companies are insuring today.  

We know that many of the "flipped" foreclosure homes flooding the housing market are coming from inexperienced real estate investing are resulting in most "flawed" resold foreclosed homes have bad titles that can be undone.

We know what the lawsuits are going to look like when an imposter lender forecloses and sells a home, which it does not own, to an investor who sells it to an unsuspecting buyer.

Everyone will be sued. We know what it looks like because we are doing it now and intend to ramp it up as we win more cases.
