In 2012 everyone including me thought that we just had to have an attorney to fight mortgage fraud in our wrongful foreclosure cases. After spending thousands of dollars and having the attorneys botch the majority of all cases and experiencing judges who did not read what we wrote I came to a dire conclusion.

We were, in my opinion, doomed.

That is not true today.  Today I believe if you hire an attorney you will lose. But you can represent yourself (Pro Se) if you are well-coached and you understand these issues. 

Today, I also believe if you keep trying to find the silver bullet to turn your judge around, you will lose.

But the Framers of the United States Constitution knew this time would come. They feared that judges would accumulate too much power and become little dictators of the fiefdom of their jurisdictions.

I started a Facebook Group.  People joined it and I don’t know what I am supposed to do except to
try and guide the members to the only solutions for Foreclosure Fraud I can find.  Use the power
of the United States Constitution.  In my group forum, I noticed that most people aren’t trying to
go forward and save their homes.  They are mostly poking fingers at people and institutions that
they think F****d them over.  They are right.  They are right in everything they are saying.  But
today foreclosure is not about law.  It is about Outlaws.

This is a very serious and dangerous problem.  It is going to determine the future of the United
States. We have a civic duty to sue a judge.  Embrace it. Do not fear it.

You can’t just point fingers.  You have to figure out who is really responsible for hurting you and
make that party pay.

WILLIAM ERBEY AND OCWEN: FACES OF EVIL IN FRAUDULENT MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE

Ocwen is a name that not many Borrowers were familiar with just a few years ago.  But in the last few years, Ocwen is servicing loans and wrongfully foreclosing more than any other entity.  Lots of Borrowers are familiar with the name now.  Most of them know that if Ocwen is involved that unless you get familiar with them fast, you will no doubt lose your home.

Hubzu is not a typical Real Estate Sales company.  It is a Dark Participant of a "Racketeering Enterprise". 
(definition: RACKETEERING INFLUENCED CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS ACT Known as "RICO".)

That is the "FBI-speak" for Mafia Style Gangster Activity.  Hubzu is not registered with the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

A Mr. Tim Litchford, claiming to be a national real estate broker (there, of course, no such license) or at least he seems to be in charge of fencing stolen homes as part of a scheme or artifice.  "Artifice": legal term; clever or cunning devices or expedients, especially as used to trick or deceive others, artifice and outright fakery

SYNONYMS: trickery, deceit, deception, duplicity, guile, cunning, artfulness, wiliness, craftiness, slyness, chicanery, fraud, fraudulence.

Anyway, Mr. Tim Litchford states on kind of a secret looking Hubzu website that Hubzu (and Mr. Tim Litchford?) has a National Real Estate License.  There is no contact information on the Hubzu website.  I have been a real estate broker and a mortgage broker in three states for over 20 years.  This is the first that I have heard about the National Real Estate Licensing claimed on the website with no contact information.

Mr. Tim Litchford even posted his National Real Estate License number as BR-549.  (No not really that was just a bad Hee Haw joke).

I will be checking with the Missouri Real Estate Commission about the National Real Estate License and post the answer here soon.

HUBZU is owned by Ocwen which is owned by William Erbey, who you probably never heard of, but he has stolen more homes with fraudulent mortgage loan paper than anyone else in America.  I am seriously talking about millions of American families displaced forcibly from their homes by a government of despots.  It sounds like a 3rd World civil war, doesn't it?

Are you being threatened with foreclosure sales?  How about your friends? Have you already been foreclosed?  Well, Hubzu is the cheap outfit that is going to sell your home to some strangers that are only concerned with purchasing a steal because of your misfortune.

THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT THIS ALL MAKES IT EASIER TO SAVE YOUR HOME OR GET YOUR HOME BACK IF YOU WANT TO!  

If you see or hear that Ocwen is your "Servicer" or that Hubzu has listed your home for sale, then ask me Questions Now HERE.   That really sucks, doesn’t it?  Do you believe there is nothing you can do about it?  Have you tried your whole life to do the right thing, but now you are going to lose the largest and most magnificent thing that you will ever own, your home? The American Dream?

Well, almost all of the above is a trick.  A trick upon you and more than ten million other uninformed Americans.  You see Hubzu was created by the worst gangster (I’ll explain in a minute) company of the wrongful foreclosure of innocent borrowers fiasco that some media dopes call the "MORTGAGE CRISIS of 2008".  (More properly named the Mortgage Crisis of 1995 thru 2016).  What is the name of this “Satan incarnate” company?  There is lots more.

All of the Borrowers who come to me for advice on how to handle their mortgage foreclosure problems portray one distinct trait in common.  None of them understand the problem. They don't know why it seems so complicated. They know that there is something wrong with the system, but are completely unable to see what it is.  Why?

Because all of their lives they were led to believe that while some corruption did exist in America, you could still depend on the law and the financial system to treat you fairly because of the law and the trustworthiness (if that isn't a word, we will use it anyway) of generally our country.  We all have believed that America was the greatest country in the world.  That we were the good guys and that Americans, in the end, will do the right thing.  Not True.

There are 12 of us working loosely as a group and making our way through court each representing ourselves.  Is it wrong? Are we going to lose?  I have felt both confident and anxious over the last three years.  But, we have won four cases very recently, so the answer is that, yes it is possible.

I have been sitting in court and heard every judge admonish each of the members of my group that they "need to get an attorney"
. It is, on a general level, good advice.  But, these judges are missing some details that reduce that advice down to not really advice so much as an ignorant lack of reality.

I just got an email from a reader who was asking me once again, to tell him the best way to prove that a foreclosing party was not a "party in interest".  I am working on turning in a federal lawsuit against a federal lawsuit next week.  I have answered this question a thousand times (gross exaggeration).  The answer is always the same.  A borrower never has the burden of proof.  It is the foreclosing party and the judge of the court that have that burden.  Borrowers don't try to find your Promissory Note, it is the foreclosing party that does not have that note.  Why would you help them?  Make the court run the case as was directed in Article III of the constitution. That answer can be found in multiple places in this blog.  But, I had a different answer to the problem.  Read it below.

Richard, I have been preaching the same thing for a year and a half.  The laws cannot vary from state to state. The vast majority of judges are not even aware of the laws that remove their immunity due to actions of their own.

  1. You are so needed Danny!! I think many do not fight and those that have stood have seen our efforts defeated at every turn. I have had a couple of attorneys and fired both, the both were brought in on a contingent basis so I felt they would fight but.... I want to tell some people about you to hopefully keep you going.

    1. I am starting the virtual Zoom classes Sunday Night June 28th at 6 pm Central Time. I have spent ten years helping people one at a time. We can't win with just a dribble. I am hoping we can create a tidal wave all at once if I can reach and inspire enough people to bring the spotlight of the media onto what I believe is the greatest problem and the greatest danger in America today. Look at all of the stories that you guys all are writing about. This isn't a few bad judges. It is so much bigger than that. The damage to the constitution could actually become irreparable.   2. Danny, thanks for all you do. maybe the problem is that we are fighting for something we can never own. God created all and owns all, everything has been placed into "trusts" the dark forces, are possibly there to "wake us up" to the truth, we don't own and can never own anything we are just allowed to "use" it while we are here, and should leave it in better condition for the next generation to use. the "forced" payments or theft of our life force energy, is known and seen, so at that point, only the truth will be coming out, and the dark forces will no longer be able to deny what they have done. per universal law and natural law, now they will have to "pay" back tenfold, as they just can't steal our energy without liability.

    1. I know why you say what you do, but truthfully they will hurt many more people and face no retribution. They can be beaten. Individually we are small, but so are they. The Bible is full of Armies that won for the good side. Even individuals can rise up and inspire. David and Goliath is an example of that. People shouldn't talk to me about just letting it go. It isn't just a house. It is your house. It is my house. These guys took for free. 100% Profit. I don't do this just for me, I do it for my children and grandchildren. They should be able to live in a lawful US just like the one that I once lived in.
