MORTGAGE FRAUD WAS NOT ONLY NEVER FIXED, BUT IT WAS ALSO NEVER CHANGED AT ALL. FORECLOSING PARTIES ARE STILL ASSIGNING MORTGAGES AND DEEDS OF TRUST TO TRANSFER THE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR DEBT. THE SUPREME COURT MADE IT CLEAR THAT AN ASSIGNMENT OF A MORTGAGE HAS NO EFFECT... IN 1872!

MISSOURI'S SUPREME COURT HAS FIGURED OUT THAT THE THESE FORECLOSING PARTIES CAN'T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS IN COURT ABOUT THEIR CLAIMS WITHOUT COMMITTING PERJURY

This is a very important case.  

1. because it comes from February of 2017  

2.  Because the court so completely thrashes the series of lies, deception, and misrepresentation of Wells Fargo and Freddie Mac who would have just strolled out of the court just 3 or 4 years ago.  

3. Because the Supreme Court of Missouri so carefully explains what they can see now, that was not so obvious before.


This case will be cited over and over even though the foreclosure case is not yet over. However, with the court's mandate is as good as won and will be.

Everyone is starting to see that this thing is much bigger than can even be imagined and as I personally believe, based on information and experience, that there is probably not a truly valid home loan in America that was closed after around 1999.
