MORTGAGE FRAUD WAS NOT ONLY NEVER FIXED, BUT IT WAS ALSO NEVER CHANGED AT ALL. FORECLOSING PARTIES ARE STILL ASSIGNING MORTGAGES AND DEEDS OF TRUST TO TRANSFER THE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR DEBT. THE SUPREME COURT MADE IT CLEAR THAT AN ASSIGNMENT OF A MORTGAGE HAS NO EFFECT... IN 1872!

I BELIEVE THAT EVERY MORTGAGE LOAN IN AMERICA IS FRAUDULENT AND IS VOID!

THAT’S RIGHT, I SAID VOID

I am right now claiming that I am more informed than any attorney, or judge, within 500 miles of the Kansas City metro area.  (If I'm wrong, somebody please send me the address of an informed and interested attorney.  Proving me wrong would be a wonderful relief to me.

Now, I suppose I’ll get some letters rejoicing to what I just said because it is music to the
ears of some people reading this (my readership is growing quite nicely).  While others will send me letters damning me to hell for my lying and misrepresentation of the mortgage crisis that I’m spouting off about.

Now all of that sounds like arrogance, or a fool’s statement, but it is not.  It’s a damn shame is what it is.  A damn shame for our once law abiding and widely admired country; for homeowners and Borrowers; for all of us as citizens; for our children and their children; and for Nicky B, my own 24 month old grandson. It's his future that has me fired up.

How can it be that I don’t know one true attorney, or organization that is informing homeowners who are having serious foreclosure issues?

TELL ME WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUE MY LENDER FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD? WILL I HAVE TO FACE THE JUDGE BY MYSELF? PART TWO

"We fight not to enslave, but to set a country free, and to make room upon earth for honest men to live in."

__Thomas Paine, "The American Crisis, No. 4", 9-12, 1777

"DANNY, IF I SUE MY LENDER FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD LIKE YOU SAY,  HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN I GET UP BEFORE A JUDGE IN FRONT OF PEOPLE?

IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD AN ATTORNEY YOU DON'T NEED TO LOSE YOUR HOME PART TWO

Every Borrower client that I consult with about strategies to keep their families in their home under the threat of a foreclosure has the same reaction when I tell them that it is possible to do a lot of the court work themselves.  The reaction is always disbelief.  It was the same with me too. My own personal reaction was disbelief.

Of course, mine was times six, because I am currently the Pro Se Plaintiff on my home and five investment properties. If I were to lose all of that at my age (middles sixties) I will have nothing! No retirement.  Nothing.  So, now I am the Pros Se Plaintiff using my lawsuit on all six properties.

Rage and desperation will trump fear and indecision every time.

My foremost thought was that I needed to learn.  I am a real estate broker; a mortgage broker; a real estate developer; and a home builder.

Between 2008 and 2010 I went from being a relatively successful real estate expert to an unemployable hobo in one giant real estate crash caused by and still being caused by the same criminals we are discussing here
.
There were no openings for old real estate experts and I understood right away how the old stage coach builders at the turn of the century must have felt when they
saw the first automobile drive by.  They, like me, had no one to send a resume to.

But man, I’m telling you I had no choice.  It was a terrible grind learning how to do it, but now it comes easy to me.  I can teach you.

MORTGAGE FRAUD HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY ANYONE

“Police business is a hell of a problem. It’s a good deal like politics. It asks for the highest type of men, and there’s nothing in it to attract the highest type of men. So we have to work with what we get...”

MORTGAGE FRAUD HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY ANYONE

This article was written by a volunteer for Neil Garfield the author of the Livinglies Blog
from which we gathered much of our early information.

We respectfully repost it here, as this volunteer has written with excellent insight and
information.

The Stock market is falling and our governnent and the Wallstreet Spinmen are lying about
lowering foreclosure numbers and the blooming of a “housing recovery” and other bullshit
forecast data predicting the "Light at the End of the Tunnel".

This has assured that moral hazard would become moral morass. So how did we get to this point?

Simple --- we abandoned the rule of law, removed common sense and ushered in an era of
unaccountability. Combine that with several presidential administrations who had no clue
about anything happening on Wall Street and that assured that moral hazard would become moral morass.

So before you read the rest of this article below consider this:

"Foreclosures are now more successfully hidden from view because the banks have better
control over the flow in various parts of the country. This gives the appearance of declining
foreclosures, except for the 6 million more homes that are going to be foreclosed. Like the
fake documents they are using in court, the banks have turned the whole perception of
foreclosure into a game (fun for them) of "Wack-a-Mole".

Price earnings ratios are at record highs --- taking on average some 27 years to make the cost of the stock into earnings. That is insane."

The normal P/E ratio has always been half of that.

I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD READ SOMETHING LIKE THIS COMING FROM A FRAUDULENT FORECLOSING BANK CEO Danny Hammond

Citigroup's ex-CEO does an about-face on big banks

Louis Lanzano
FILE - In this Tuesday, April 18, 2006 file photo, Sandy Weill, chairman of Citigroup, exits Carnegie Hall in New York where the annual shareholders meeting was held. Weill, the aggressive dealmaker who built Citigroup on the idea that in banking, bigger is better, said on CNBC's "Squawk Box," Wednesday, July 25, 2012 that he believes big banks should be broken up. It's an idea that's traditionally more in line with the banking industry's harshest critics, not its founding fathers. It's an ironic twist coming from an empire-builder who nursed Citigroup into a behemoth.

Sandy Weill is having a change of heart.
Weill, the aggressive dealmaker who built Citigroup on the idea that in banking, bigger is better, said Wednesday that he believes big banks should be broken up.
Speaking on CNBC's "Squawk Box," the 79-year-old Weill appeared to shock the show's anchors when he said that consumer banking units should be split from riskier investment banking units.
That would mean dismembering Citigroup as well as other big U.S. banks, like JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America.
It's an idea that's traditionally more in line with the banking industry's harshest critics, not its founding fathers. It's an ironic twist coming from an empire-builder who nursed Citigroup into a behemoth. And it's directly opposed to the stance of the industry's current leaders, like JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon, who have been trying to convince regulators and lawmakers of just the opposite, that big banks do not need to be split.
Weill said the radical change is necessary if U.S. banks want to rebuild trust and remain on top of the world's financial system. Weill also criticized banks for taking on too much debt and not providing enough disclosure about what's on their balance sheets.
"Our world hates bankers," he said.
Big banks have been villainized in the financial crisis and its aftermath. Critics blame them for risky trading that created a housing bubble and eventually led to global economic upheaval. In some circles, there's still resentment that the government used taxpayer money to give bailout loans to the biggest banks, including Citigroup, because regulators believed that the financial system wouldn't be able to handle their failure.
But standalone investment banks, Weill said, wouldn't take deposits, so they wouldn't be bailed out. Banks that have both investment banking and consumer banking say it's necessary to keep them together because they balance each other, ensuring stability no matter the economy.
Investment banking, which offers services like trading stocks and packaging loans into securities, can be spectacularly profitable in the good times and spectacularly unprofitable in the bad. Consumer banking, the plain-vanilla business of making loans and accepting deposits, generally offers a steadier, if slower, way to make profits.
Until the late '90s, the Glass-Steagall Act largely kept consumer banks and investment banks separate. Glass-Steagall was created during the Great Depression. The separation rules were repealed in 1999.
Weill's professed conversion set off a flurry of reactions. The banking industry's critics hailed it as proof that the biggest banks should be split. "Sanford Weill is one of many banking industry experts who have observed that too big to fail is often too big to manage," Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, said in a statement.
Others were unimpressed.
Joshua Brown, a New York investment adviser who writes the blog "The Reformed Broker," called Weill "the original architect of Too Big To Fail" banking and noted that Weill didn't apologize "for the Citigroup he built or its imitators."
"Perhaps this is about burnishing his legacy," Brown wrote.
Weill said he hadn't talked to JPMorgan's Dimon or Vikram Pandit, Citigroup's current CEO, about his new stance. Dimon was Weill's protege before getting ousted in a power struggle in the late '90s. Pandit took over at Citigroup after Weill's friend, Chuck Prince, lost the job.
Asked what he thought their reaction would be, Weill replied, "I don't know. You'll find out."
A Citigroup spokeswoman declined to comment. A JPMorgan spokesman didn't immediately return a message seeking comment.
In the same interview, Weill showed his fondness for the industry. He credited mega-banks for providing capital markets that helped convert communist countries to capitalism, and moved poor people into the middle class.
"It is really sad what is happening, and it's sad for young people," he said. "This was an industry that attracted a lot of really terrific people."
Weill retired as CEO of Citigroup in 2003 but remained chairman until 2006, building it into a giant that offered both consumer and investment banking.
Asked about his about-face, Weill said he had been getting his thoughts together over the past year.
"I think the world changes," he said, "and the world that we live in is different than the one that we lived in 10 years ago."

THE SAD PART IS THAT THIS STORY IS NOT THE WORST I HAVE READ CONCERNING THE US COURTS ANDTHEIR MORTGAGE FRAUD SOCIOPATHIC ACTIONS

Reposted from "Foreclosure Nation" by the

FORECLOSURE SOLUTIONS GROUP

(OATH KEEPERS)   Warren C. Bodeker is an 89 year old World War II Army Airborne combat veteran and war hero, living in Montana, who is being thrown off of his own land and thrown out of his own house, by Montana Federal Bankruptcy Trustee, Christy Brandon, with the approval of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Montana. And to make matters worse, Warren’s wife Lorna just died of cancer this past year, and is buried there on their land, right next to the house. Warren had planned to live there till he died and then be buried right next to his wife, there on their property at 11 Freedom Lane, in the town of Plains, Montana, but now, not only is he being forced off his land, he is being forced to exhume his wife’s body and take her with him (with his land being sold out from under him, the only way he can now be assured of being buried next to his wife as they had planned is to exhume her body and move it to a cemetery).
This is the most disgusting, callous, brutal, and unjust treatment of a WWII veteran by the “justice” system we have ever heard of. Here is a man who stepped up and went to war at the age of 19 to fight against the Japanese in the Pacific. When we say he is a war hero, we are not exaggerating. Serving in Co. B, 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 11th Airborne Division (see discharge papers below), Warren earned two bronze starts while making three combat jumps in the Philippine Islands in 1945.
One of those combat jumps was the daring rescue of prisoners of war at the Los Banos Internment Camp on the Island of Luzon, Philippines, February 23, 1945, where Warren and his brother paratroopers of Co. B, 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment parachuted in at dawn’s early light, 40 kilometers behind enemy lines, and rescued over 2,000 prisoners of war – men, women, and children – from their brutal Imperial Japanese guards, before those guards could slaughter them (as they had planned). Not one prisoner was killed in the raid (though many of the Japanese guards were). Private Warren Bodeker was there. He was one of those brave young paratroopers who the grateful prisoners truly considered heaven sent from above. As one of the prisoners, a missionary, described it in his diary:
“at 7:00 a.m. sharp, we heard and saw nine large transport planes flying low, and passing close to the camp; perhaps one mile to the east. Even as we all watched, we saw doors open and paratroopers came tumbling out. OH WHAT A SIGHT! With a tropical sunrise for a background, we saw about 150 parachutes open one after another and settle slowly earth-ward out of our sight behind the distant trees. We knew help had come.” From the book, Deliverance! It Has Come! By John S. Beaber.

LIBERTY

LIBERTY

"Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people, who have a right....and a desire to know; but besides this, they have a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, devine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge, I mean of the characters and conduct of their rulers."

THE MORTGAGE CRISIS IS NOT GETTING BETTER!

BELTON MO COPS TOSS THE CONSTITUTION AND MAKE UP SOME

NEW LAWS TO HELP FANNIE MAE

TO AN ILLEGAL SELF-HELP EVICTION

"Justice is indiscriminately due to all, without regard to numbers, wealth, or rank."

By Danny "I was there" Hammond     Pro Se Borrower Advocate

All that has ever ensured that the United States of America would remain the universally admired world leader in democratic protection of life, liberty and the pursuit of justice has been the US Constitution and the state laws cloned from it. The danger ever present is that our society as a whole will slowly erode the power of this Constitution which is metaphorically "the hand on the throttle".

Each time someone takes the law into their own hands without the retribution directed by our laws, we grow closer to the Orwellian world of the novel“1984”. It seems that after 15 years of complete Federal and State Government inaction in response to the illegal and wrongful foreclosure of homes without any right to do so, and the displacement of millions of families without the intervention of these authorities which are charged with upholding the enforcement of the laws which are relevant to these crimes, We are already able to see the breakdown of the very recognition of actual law which is being replaced with individual perception of what should be the law.

This defines broken jurisprudence.

Self enacted laws followed by self enforcement of those laws by those without authority are sure to cross the line of law as it becomes obscured.  If justice is not applied according to law, then the insidious encroachment of the Constitution will eventually erode its' power and the reverence of its' people.

On September 10th, 2015 the Belton MO police department headed by police chief James Persons and city attorney Megan McGuire looked the other way as two rogue police officers (Officer S. Bechtel and Officer Johnathan Doe) acting on their own, while proudly admitting that they had no authorization from anyone but themselves, they then evicted local resident Danny Hammond and his family without due process as is required by ancient and unchanged laws.

The officers had no writ; no warrant; no judgment or even a Sonic receipt.  They had no paperwork which they casually admitted and then verbally attributed their presence to a damning conversational accusation by a lightly regarded real estate sales person by the name of Ryan Rader of Keller Williams Real Estate of Lees Summit a self proclaimed "agent" of Fannie Mae.

Strangely, the police each had tiny note pads and tiny pencils, but did not write any tiny notes.

This very heavy handed police action was more astonishing as this police department is currently under investigation for  workplace sexual harassment.  Don't quote me just because I wrote it here, but I kind of believe that Chief Persons is a prime suspect.

With Mr. Hammond at the time of the occupant "smack down" was only one other person, his19 month old grandson.  The two jackbooted officers in full regalia with flack jackets and guns told Mr. Hammond that he was “going to jail and seemed quite agitated when Hammond asked these lawmen, under which statutes were they operating.  Mr. Hammond tried to give them a short seminar on foreclosure and eviction law, but it seemed that the arrest of a desperado was more thrilling and they cut off the discussion, but then added, "and you better get someone over here fast to get that baby or we are going to turn him over to family services" seemingly intent on jailing my whole gang.

"Standing in my living room feeling the noose around my neck and here, under control of  these mental midgets who were authorized to use guns to arrest babies and were railroading me to the big house with a verbal "complaint" from a "real property law" expert witness who's single credential is a real estate sales person license.  His name is Ryan Rader and he was and is a Stranger to the Deal (a real legal term)-

I was going to the big house over the verbal testimony of a fellow with a house tour guide license.   I resolved then and there that if the Belton, MO jail had a law library, that I was going to look up both state and Federal rules of evidence in case I had missed something.  I read more than anyone and I have never read any of this.

Lastly, in the most intimidating of tones,  Mr. Hammond received his sentencing and
additional threats, ending with,  "You are going to come with us right now and we are taking you to jail and when you get out you are not to come back to this house".

"Personal property or not" shouted Officer Jonathon Doe, "if you come back we will throw you in jail again!".   "As many times as we have to."
