I have been working as an advocate against home loan fraud for 5 years. I am not an attorney. I am a Real Estate Broker and a document and loan consultant. I was a partner in a mortgage brokerage during the buildup of the housing bubble. When the bubble burst I lost four real estate related careers.

I lost my own home to foreclosure. I was sad. But, because of my years of experience with real estate and loan documents I soon figured out that the party that foreclosed on me, GMAC Mortgage did not have a nickel in my loan and had absolutely no legal right whatsoever to collect payments from me. GMAC did not own my loan.

I have been fighting for 4 years in court, without an attorney, to get my house back. I am very optimistic that I will soon get my house back. Let that sink in. It sounds like the words of a mad man. But, after this four year ordeal, I am now declaring myself an expert on mortgage fraud.

I began consulting with homeowner borrowers because I was so angry at what was happening to homeowners who had no idea that they were victims of what will forever be the largest Ponzi Scheme in the history of the world.
